Course introduction
Video Ambulatory EEG has seen many changes over the past two decades. We will explore who should be performing Video Ambulatory EEG, some reasons to perform these procedures, and how to accomplish these procedures with enhanced quality at the forefront. Join us for explanations of CPT coding, building the business case, exploring hardware solutions, and managing logistics.

Learning objectives

  • Understand the rationale for conducting Video Ambulatory EEG studies on selected patients
  • Know why would neurologists refer patients outside of their own practice for these procedures
  • Know how can neurologists perform these monitored EEG procedures in their own practice or facility without adding more staff?
