e-Seminar | Uncommon Nerves, Tips, Tricks and Pearls of Wisdom

This webinar, presented by James Lewis, R.NCS.T, CNCT, will focus on and present diagnostic tips and techniques used to test some of the uncommon nerves during a Nerve Conduction Study (NCS). Jim is a distinguished clinician and educator specializing in NCS and EMG. With decades of experience, he continues to promote high standards of clinical education both nationally and internationally. During his career he has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades and past president of the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Technologists (AAET). Currently, Jim is a Clinical Applications Specialist at Natus Medical.

At the conclusion of the presentation, participants should be able to:

  • Review anatomy of some of the nerves where we record NCS, but less frequently
  • Review diseases/entrapments of some of the nerves where we record NCS, but less frequently
  • Review electrode and stimulating sites of some of the nerves where we record NCS, but less frequently
  • Review some of the tips and tricks to help successfully record some of the uncommonly recorded Nerve Conduction Studies.
